Harkcon partners with OTHSolutions to win a $4.89M DHS (CRCL) contract.
Harkcon partnered with long-time, esteemed colleagues at OTHSolutions to deliver strategic and analytical services to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL).
The Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) supports the Department's mission to secure the nation while preserving individual liberty, fairness, and equality under the law. The contract began on September 30th, 2022, and continues into the 2025 fiscal year under the DHS Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), Technical Services II (PACTS II), Functional Category 1 contract vehicle. The team will assist in DHS CRLC mission execution across compliance, anti-discrimination, grants, diversity management, and immigration programs.
Improving CRCL program efficiency, effectiveness, and productiveness.
These services will assist DHS CRCL Office with evaluating and improving programs' efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity supporting federal, state, and local individuals and communities.
