Harkcon, Inc. is a privately held, service-disabled veteran-owned business that qualifies as a small business for many of the contract vehicles we hold.
What type of business does Harkcon obtain?
The majority of our work is government contracting, however we have a growing presence in the private sector.
Where does the company see itself going?
In short, the sky's the limit! We envision a thriving international company of 300+ associates serving human performance consulting needs in all levels of government and in all types of industries. We will continue to seek out and attract the very best professionals in the field and will be known as the company that produces expert results.
Where are your offices located?
Our headquarters is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We have associates working throughout the country.
What is the promotion potential?
Harkcon believes in rewarding its associates' professional accomplishments through promotions, rewards, and recognition activities. Harkcon is a company with definite plans for expansion, so there will be many opportunities for promotion here. A significant component of our business strategy is to promote from within and we will continue to strive to promote existing team members who have demonstrated superior performance, shown increased ability and expressed a desire for increased responsibility before we hire new team members.
