Harkcon, Inc. and ABS Group are proud to announce establishment of a Mentor-Protégé relationship under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Utilization (OSDBU) program. Harkcon is looking forward to building a closer relationship with ABS Consulting who have agreed to share their extensive experience and expertise in a wide variety of areas including: management guidance, financial management, organizational management, business management/development, and technical assistance.
