Harkcon, Inc. awarded contract to perform manpower requirements analysis for US Coast Guard Staffing

Harkcon, Inc. was awarded a contract to determine U. S. Coast Guard work availability standards. This involves providing the Human Resources Strategy and Capability Development Office (CG-1B) the analysis of work activities for Coast Guard active duty, reserve and civilian personnel. This will enable crosswalk of relevant work availability information found in the Staffing Standards Manual so the information can be incorporated into the new Staffing Logic and Manpower Requirements Manual.
