Harkcon, Inc. wins the strategically sourced Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Program Management Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS II) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Vehicle in Functional Category 1. PACTS II is a DHS service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set aside contract vehicle providing DHS Components with management, administrative, operations, and technical support services. Harkcon leads an impressive team of large and small businesses as well as other SDVOSBs on this five year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract. The Harkcon Team is already providing these same services in both the public and private sector, helping clients with strategic planning, program assessment, program and project management, logistics support, contingency planning, resource management, change management, acquisition support, engineering services, environmental, technical, and other scientific consulting services, and risk assessment.
