Harkcon, Inc. Awarded New Manpower Requirements Analysis (MRA) Contract from Coast Guard Assistant C

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. -- Harkcon, Inc. was awarded the Manpower Requirements Analysis (MRA) contract from the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Assistant Commandant for Resources (CG-8). This analysis will assist CG-8 to determine manpower requirements for regional, functional, and policy level staffs conducting procurement, financial management, property management, and warehousing services under the technical authority and oversight of CG-8.
