Harkcon, Inc. awarded contract to perform manpower requirements analysis for US Coast Guard Housing

Harkcon, Inc. was awarded a contract to determine manpower requirements for Coast Guard field level Housing Management and Maintenance personnel. This involved analyzing approximately 300 managers, supervisors, housing officers, and maintenance personnel. The result of this analysis will enable the Coast Guard to make organizational structure, policy and staffing decisions related to current and future state scenarios that will maximize organizational performance.
