About Harkcon

Brittany Hammond manages our U.S. Coast Guard portfolio, currently overseeing multiple training and analyses contracts in support of both domestic and overseas operations . Brittany has a background in training, instructional design, and human performance technology, along with Project and Program Management experience.

She is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, having served aboard two cutters and as an intelligence analyst. She is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Government, and Old Dominion University, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Education.

When not working, Brittany enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two kids, and volunteers in her community as a middle school basketball coach and pre-school Board member.
