Morgan Litz, PMP - Project Manager
Morgan Litz is a seasoned educator, meticulous project strategist, and Project Manager for Harkcon’s Department of Homeland Security portfolio. Drawing upon 17+ years’ experience designing curriculums and analyzing performance for some of the top public schools in Northern Virginia, Morgan manages the financials, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects.
As the primary point of contact for Harkcon’s DHS contracts in the office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Morgan provides management support for contract execution and manages multiple moving parts on a daily basis. Known for her diplomatic communications, Morgan has always believed that showing compassion is the key to success. This mindset – coupled with her interpersonal skills – has continuously motivated those around her, whether in a special education classroom or within her team of nearly 20 contractors at Harkcon.
Morgan earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Florida. The daughter of a retired Navy Captain and sister of an Army Lieutenant Colonel, Morgan spent three of her younger years stationed in Stavanger, Norway with her family. When not working, you will often find her practicing dance and yoga, reading, or away on a retreat, preferably in Costa Rica.
