About Harkcon

Marina Booth supports Harkcon’s program management team part-time on our Department of Energy portfolio on multiple support service contracts under the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). She spends the balance of her time on contract with NNSA’s Defense Nuclear Non-proliferation staff.

 

Prior to joining Harkcon, Marina worked as a researcher on various political and security issues for think tanks and NGO’s in the National Capital region, particularly related to East Asia and the Korean Peninsula. Marina is a graduate of Carleton College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations/Political Science, and she earned a master’s degree in Asian Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
