About Harkcon

As Chief Human Capital Officer, Ms. Mosier is responsible for the company's Human Resources services, policies, and programs.  She works with the executive team to develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission, vision, guiding principles, and values.  She is an accomplished senior manager with over 30+ years of experience in leadership, diversity, human resources management, policy development, training delivery, strategic planning, workforce analysis, marketing, communications, and business development.  Laurie joined the Harkcon team in 2008 after retiring from a successful 20-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard and previously held various Program Manager positions within the company.
