Greg Sundgaard - Senior Instructional Designer & Program Manager
Greg is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Officer with 30+ years of leadership, management, technical, and human performance analysis experience, including command cadre and senior executive positions.
He is currently serving as our Senior Instructional Designer on the FBI’s Leadership Assessment initiative and previously served as Harkcon’s Program Manager for the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation Administrative Support Services (NA-20) contract overseeing 15 contracted positions; the NNSA Office of Acquisition and Project Management (NA-APM) Operational/ Administrative Business Support Services contract overseeing 6 contracted positions; and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Finance Division (FD) Facility Services Unit (FSU) Print Shop staff overseeing 6 contracted positions as well as subcontractor relations on all above listed contracts.
He holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama, a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
