10/21/09: McLEAN, VA – Harkcon president and CEO, Kevin Harkins, PhD, announced the company’s conversion to a fully incorporated "C" corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia effective this date. "This is a very significant milestone in our company's history and progression." he stated, "This conversion will give us the flexibility, growth potential, options, and credibility to move boldly into the future."
Harkcon was founded in 2005 and was previously designated a Limited Liability Company (LLC) within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The veteran-owned small business, which is headquartered in McLean, Virginia, also has a presence in New England and the west coast and has an established reputation for consistently delivering high quality, customized solutions that improve worker, workplace and organizational performance.
