PDFHarkcon to Enhance Workforce Performance Culture for Commonwealth of Virginia
6/27/08: MCLEAN, Va. – The Commonwealth of Virginia today awarded Harkcon and other partners a three-year Multiple Contractor, Multiple Award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide consulting services.
Harkcon will help the Commonwealth of Virginia develop a specific yet adaptable workforce performance culture. Task orders under this BPA will address workforce planning, development and change management services. Additionally, Harkcon will work with the state government to meet evolving operational requirements which include environmental and political factors, shifting workforce demographics, advances in technology and varying stakeholder and customer needs.
