- Q: What type of technology do I need to run Harkcon's system?
- As long as you have access to a computer and the Internet, you will be able to use Harkcon products.
- Q: What is the process for getting started?
- Getting started is a very simple process. Fill out one form with general information and you are done. You will have access to the entire ToolBox and Hiring Guide. To get started, click here.
- Q: How am I billed?
- Your credit card will be automatically billed on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly or annually based on your subscription type). Get started online or give us a call at 1-800-499-6456.
- Q: How long do I have to stay with the service?
- While we designed the Toolbox to be used as a regular part of your day-to-day office management, we understand that not every practice will use the Toolbox in this manner. For this reason, the minimum service available is one-month.
- Q: If I sign up for a quarterly or annual subscription and wish to cancel my subscription early, will I receive a refund?
- No. Quarterly and annual subscription rates offer a discount over monthly charges and are provided as a benefit to our long-term users. If you think you will have a short-term need for the Toolbox, sign up for monthly access.
- Q: What kind of support is available to me?
- Our support team is available to help you with any issues that may arise. Email support is available at . Please allow our team members one hour to return your call.
- Q: My practice is unique and the positions on my staff don't fit the descriptions of the job positions in the ToolBox. Will the ToolBox work for me?
- Yes, the ToolBox will work in any structure, in any chiropractic office. Knowing that every practice is unique, in addition to the 6 job positions available, a completely customizable position, the Hybrid Position, allows you to select the competencies that best describe the roles of staff members in your practice.
