Position: Senior Business Process Reengineer
Description:
- Manages and conducts reengineering projects, including strategic plan development and implementation, and training program development and implementation. Provides leadership/technical expertise in the areas of delivering process and productivity improvement solutions.
- Performs needs, functional, logical, lifecycle, and technical assessments and analyses; feasibility studies; and cost-benefit studies. Conducts analyses of current operational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identifies and defines gaps; and recommends and utilizes necessary methodology and resources to develop/integrate solutions, including identification and mitigation of change management issues.
- Provides expertise in the design, development, and installation of total quality systems for client organizations, as well as business process reengineering, performance measurement, benchmarking, and complex analysis.
- Conducts briefings and presentations; report writing; and post-implementation evaluations for projects.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in the design and development of Human Performance Technology-based (HPT) solutions
- Advanced knowledge of workflow analysis and project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
- Normal office environment
- Some overnight travel required
- Some nights and weekends required
