Harkcon was established as a limited liability company in 2005 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2009.

Working with clients such as the U.S. Coast Guard, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Florida State University Learning Systems Institute and the Fragrance Materials Association of the United States, and partnering with other businesses such as Dell, Alion, ICF International, David Hale Associates Inc., Lockheed Martin and more, we have established a reputation for consistently delivering high-quality, customized solutions that improve worker, workplace and organizational performance.
