Harkcon, Inc. is a privately held, veteran-owned, small business.

The majority of our work is government contracting, however we have a growing presence in the private sector.

In short, the sky's the limit! We envision a thriving international company of 300+ employees serving human performance consulting needs in all levels of government and in all types of industries. We will continue to seek out and attract the very best professionals in the field and will be known as the company that produces expert results.

Where are your offices located?

As a company that contracts with various government agencies, it is common for our team members to be physically present at the client site. Our headquarters is located in McLean, Virginia and many of our team members live and work in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. However, we have employees located throughout the country (currently located in 10 states). They work independently or as part of a team on projects that don't require on-site presence.

What is the promotion potential?

Harkcon believes in rewarding its employees' professional accomplishments through promotions, rewards, and recognition activities. As a small company with definite plans for expansion, there will be many opportunities for promotion at Harkcon. A significant component of our business strategy is to promote from within and we will continue to strive to promote existing team members who have demonstrated superior performance, shown increased ability and expressed a desire for increased responsibility before we hire new team members.

When was Harkcon created?

Harkcon was created in 2005 and received its first government contract work in 2006.
